Sebastian Boynton

Originally from Minneapolis, MN, Chef Sebastian (Seabass) has worked in every level of the kitchen from stewarding to his current role, Executive Chef. Along with Levy Restaurants, Chef Sebastian has also worked with Hilton Hotels and Omni Hotels in both Minnesota and Kentucky in big box convention hotels serving high end events such as the Super Bowl, Final Four and All Star Game. He truly embodies the “food is life” lifestyle. He often spends his time eating at different restaurants to try new cuisine, watching cooking shows, reading cook books for new and old cooking techniques, and cooking at home working on new recipes. Sebastian strives to push the envelope in his cooking. Chef Sebastian is also the recipient of the 2023 Rose Award for Culinary Excellence in Louisville Kentucky and was also Awarded a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition based upon his significant contributions to his profession and community.
