Event Operations Manager, Phil Carpenter arrived at the Center with over seven years of experience working in facilities operations management with a focus in the sports and entertain industry. Prior to arriving at the Center Phil served as the Assistant Operations Manager at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia, PA. He proudly holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina in Sports and Entertainment Management.
In his role as Events Operations Manager, Phil manages building changeovers and conversions and the scheduling of Client Services personnel including housekeeping and operations staff. Phil is excited to further his knowledge of facility management in the meetings and conventions industry.
