As Operations Manager, Junior manages 80+ full time and part time operations personnel. In Junior’s role as the Operations Manager, he oversees event changeovers and conversions, works closely with Supervisors on creating work assignments for staff as well as working with the departments Certified Cleaning Technicians.
Junior started at the Baltimore Convention Center in 1993 working as a Part-Time employee. After a few years he worked his way into a Full-Time position, which eventually transitioned into his most recent position as an Operations Supervisor. Junior brings forth great knowledge and many of years of experience which helped him become our new Operations Manager.
