Derek John, General Manager for
Projection, the preferred provider for audio/visual services at the Baltimore
Convention Center, has a career spanning close to 40 years in the industry. At
the Center, he oversees a staff of four full-time employees.
Derek has led the team at the Center since Projection was
awarded the contract in 2008. In addition to overseeing the daily operations,
Derek and his team are responsible for working with clients to create
audio/visual solutions that promote dynamic, successful events. In addition,
Derek travels with and consults for national and international clients with
Projection corporate.
Derek was educated at Cambridge University in London, England
