David serves as the Assistant Director of Public Safety, supervising Public Safety Supervisors and managing safety and security within and around the facility. With over 35 years of experience in military service, law enforcement, compliance, commercial, and major event security, he holds a Bachelor of Science (Summa Cum Laude) in Criminal Justice and Sociology.
David has received numerous commendations for his leadership, performance, and training skills. His previous roles include Deputy Sheriff, Police Sergeant, General Manager of Security Services, National Event Security Operations Manager, Senior Compliance Manager, Director, and Executive Director of Security.
He has extensive experience in security operations for Class A commercial facilities and for major events, including concerts, exhibitions, festivals, Super Bowls, FIFA tournaments, NHL games, NCAA events, CIAA tournaments, Collegiate Bowl games, Formula One races, the Grammy Awards, and U.S. Presidential Inaugurations, among many others.
He emphasizes integrity, respect, and mentorship in his leadership, aiming to foster secure environments through comprehensive training and a proactive safety culture. His goal is to ensure community safety at events while promoting professional growth and collaboration.
