Jordan joined the Baltimore Convention Center as a Sales and Service Coordinator in 2022 and advanced to Sales Manager in 2026. As a Baltimore native, she takes pride in working for an organization that sits at the heart of the city and highlights everything it has to offer.
Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Goucher College and a master’s degree in Sports Management from Louisiana State University. In her previous role as Sales and Services Coordinator, she played an integral role in the Sales department, primarily managing incoming leads and supporting client engagement. This experience has given her a strong foundation in the BCC’s operations and a commitment to excellence in service. As a Sales Manager, she is eager to build new relationships and continue contributing to the growth and success of the Baltimore Convention Center.
