Assistant Director of Operations, Phil Carpenter arrived at the Center in 2018 with over seven years of experience working in facilities operations management with a focus in the sports and entertainment industry. Prior to arriving at the Center, Phil served as the Assistant Operations Manager at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia, PA. He proudly holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina in Sports and Entertainment Management.
In his role as Assistant Director of Operations, Phil oversees the scheduling of Operations personnel, training for all employees, attendance, and payroll among other duties assigned.
