Jacqueline Payne joined the staff at the Baltimore Convention Center in August of 2019 as a Sales & Services Coordinator. A graduate of Loyola University Maryland, she holds an MBA in General Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Information Systems.
While attending Loyola, Jackie worked for the Event Services department as part of the Logistical Staff taking part in the execution of all campus events. Prior to joining the Sales and Services team Jackie worked as a Business Operations Associate in the staffing industry and focused on customer service and invoice management. Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico she is bilingual. She is excited to use her talent to to help the Sales & Services team.
