Superintendent of Operations

As the Superintendent of Operations for the Baltimore Convention Center, Grant III is entrusted with the responsibility of providing leadership and management to the Client Services department. He currently manages one Assistant Superintendent, Six Supervisors, Six Crew Leaders and a 68 member staff of professional and skilled workers responsible for the overall event operations, cleaning and maintenance of the Convention Center. Grant III serves as the point-of-contact for day-to-day internal and external employee, client/customer relations, sub-contractors and labor relations. After 13 years, Grant III continues to foster positive, productive, and meaningful relations.
