In her role as Director of Sales & Services, Krystine St. Michael Bussiere, CMP leads a team of 14 including two senior managers, eight managers, and four administrative staff members.
Krystine’s appointment as the Director of Sales & Services is a full-circle moment in her more than 15-year career. She began work at the Center soon after graduating from Towson University with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Krystine’s business acumen, a strong sense of customer focus, and commitment to success informed her as she took on roles in management for convention services and later in sales within the organization.
Krystine returns to the Center after spending four years as a National Sales Manager for the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford, Connecticut. There she focused on various market segments within the DC, MD, and VA association market where she successfully generated new business and was awarded the 2017 President’s Award from the Waterford Hotel and Venue Services/Hotel Group. Krystine is also a dedicated member of the Chesapeake Chapter of PCMA. She served as President of the Board in 2017 and continues to be active in chapter activities.
