Thanks to the state of the art voice and high speed data services, in addition to, the sophisticated network, the Baltimore Convention Center is a leader in hosting high tech conventions, Tradeshows and meetings. The Center has the capability to offer high speed data services via it's fiber optic infrastructure throughout it's facility. There is no task too large or small. Our professional staff is available weekdays from 8:30:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. to provide technical assistance and support to assure the success of your event. For your convenience, you may order and pay for your Telecommunications and Utility Services online, using our encrypted form. This method requires a credit card, and payment is made on completion of the form. The Baltimore Convention Center uses industry-standard 128-bit Secure Socket Layer encryption to guarantee the confidentiality of your information in transit over the Internet.
1) Select the event you will be attending below by double-clicking
on the Name of the Event. The events are listed in date order.
2) The next screen will list all the available services. Just
enter the quantity of any service you would like to have. If
you are updating a previous submission you can enter negative
quantities to reduce a previous order. Push Submit when done.
3) On the next screen you can verify the items ordered and the
total price. At the bottom of the form enter your name,
address and payment information. Then push the
Submit button.
4) Your information will be verified. If there are no
errors you will get a Receipt of Order that you can
print for your records. If any errors were
found then you will get a message with the errors
listed. Correct the errors then resubmit the form.
